FEES

• Plot plan review/building codes sign off filing fee – $50
• Annexation of additional land by the city filing fee – $350
• Comprehensive plan amendment filing fee – $350
• Zone map change filing fee – $350
• Conditional use permit filing fee $350
• Minor partition filing fee – $350
• Street vacation filing fee – $350
• Subdivision filing fee – $350
• Historical district user filing fee if hearing required – $350
• Historical district user filing fee – Administrative Decision – $100
• Variance request filing fee – $350
• Energy facilities filing fee – $350
• General land use applications and permits filing fee – $350
  •  Appeals to the city councilor or planning commission filing fee – $350
    Preparation of transcripts; actual costs not to exceed $1,000 *if appellant prevails at a hearing or an appeal, the transcript fee shall be refunded. ORS 227.180
         In addition to the filing fee, the applicant will be billed for administration costs including materials and consultants not to exceed $1,000 unless the applicant reviews and approves the estimated costs exceeding $1,000. Costs include, but are not limited to advertising, mailings, legal counsel, planning consultant and engineering costs identified with specific land use request.
    The above fees may be waived or reduced at the discretion of the Condon City Council upon finding it would be in the public interest to do so.
